Starting May 1, 2024, an App Store change requires all third-party SDKs to include a Privacy Manifest.
This change is required for all apps that depend on our SDK to pass AppStore review.
Please upgrade to
iOS 5.5.1 SDK
before this change is put into effect.
If you do not upgrade before May 1, 2024, your ability to ship new app versions may be restricted.
Refer to the New SDK Migration Guide if upgrading from the legacy version iOS SDK 4.X.

  • Improved Geofence Visits Detection Accuracy
    : We enhanced our geofence detection to make it more robust to location outages. Now, visits which occur largely during tracking outages but have even a short transient location availability will be captured with the relevant outage instead of being disregarded. This helps your ops team get a clearer picture of work done by your team on the ground.
  • Visibility of location permissions on driver devices
    : In the Drivers Ops View, we now display Location Permissions that are set on the driver's device. This helps your Ops Team in identify whether drivers have granted the necessary location permissions to ensure a consistently high tracking rate.

  • Delivery Proof Showcase
    : You can now enrich your consumers' experience by displaying proof-of-delivery images and completion notes directly in the tracking view. This can be done using URL parameters in the trckat view.

  • Customize the displayed order stages
    : You can now use custom labels for order stages displayed to your end consumers. For example, in the consumer shareable tracking view, by default HyperTrack provides order stages as Order Started, order completed, etc. For shift based work you can customize the view to display labels as Shift started, shift completed, or any other preferred label you use for your business.

We're thrilled to announce the release of HyperTrack iOS SDK 5.0.0 and Android SDK 7.0.0.
This major update introduces a range of enhancements and improvements. While there are some breaking changes in these versions, these adjustments have been made to streamline both development and integration with the new SDK.

The HyperTrack Orders App lets you assign work to your drivers without having to build your own driver app. Without spending dev cycles, you can power your field operations with a modern order tracking solution, features include:
  • Assign orders to drivers and the route to fulfill them, including push notifications with new routes
  • Enable drivers to receive order updates on the go
  • Live location streams for live-order tracking
  • Ability to provide proof of completion, with order notes and image confirmation
  • Customize order metadata to include specific customer data
The Orders App will help operations teams gain visibility into mobile fleet operations as all features are integrated with the app seamlessly. So the entire order fulfillment lifecycle - from planning, order/route assignment to order completion - is visible via your HyperTrack Dashboard.

When customers place an order, companies need to find the best fleet member to fulfill the order. A key step in that process is sharing the orders with drivers who are eligible to see who would like to fulfill it. For drivers to make an informed decision to accept or decline a particular assignment, the business needs to share the following:
  • Estimated work route
  • Estimated distance
  • Other helpful information, like compensation and skill requirements
The HyperTrack route estimate feature lets you do just that in an API call.
How does this work?
Businesses can send HyperTrack the list of orders they need to complete in the sequence they have planned and their estimated service times. HyperTrack will generate a route estimate with the estimated distance and duration which companies can broadcast to drivers, who then can make a choice to accept the assignment. Operations teams can then decide which driver to dispatch the order to based on who accepts it first or other custom business logic if multiple drivers accept the same assignment.

Now HyperTrack customers will benefit from a more seamless billing experience with updates to Stripe integration, payment methods, and where invoices can be found within your dashboard.
Hypertrack now integrates with Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer portal. This makes it easier for you to manage your Hypertrack subscription.
All customers now have access to ACH as a payment method in addition to credit cards. Existing customers can add multiple payment methods and set a default payment method per your team’s preference. New customers can move to production by paying prorated charges via ACH.
Finally, invoices have moved from the billing homepage and can now be found by clicking on the Payment Methods and Invoices button the billing tab, where you will find the invoice history section at the bottom of the page.
