Consumer Experience
- Delivery Proof Showcase: You can now enrich your consumers' experience by displaying proof-of-delivery images and completion notes directly in the tracking view. This can be done using URL parameters in the trckat view.
- Customize the displayed order stages: You can now use custom labels for order stages displayed to your end consumers. For example, in the consumer shareable tracking view, by default HyperTrack provides order stages as Order Started, order completed, etc. For shift based work you can customize the view to display labels as Shift started, shift completed, or any other preferred label you use for your business.
